Board of Directors General Info
The minimum number of directors is 4, and the maximum is 9. Director terms are three years. Officers are selected annually by the board. A nominating committee recommends individuals to fill open director positions during the October annual meeting. If anyone else is nominated during the annual meeting, an electronic vote will occur shortly after the meeting. If no other person is nominated to fill a position during the annual meeting, the committee's recommendations are confirmed.
In the event of death, resignation, or removal of a Director, the remaining Board of Directors elects his/her successor who serves the unexpired term of the predecessor. Removal requires a 51% vote of all owners.
